Hua,Ver & I would be having our English O's Oral tomorrow. Hopefully, we'll all do a good job and not cock up. Miss Clara and Miss Xiao Yee are really nice. Miss Clara would be helping us early in the morning tomorrow. So, I'll have to wake up at 7 and arrive school at 9. SO EARLY LA!! Know what? I never knew that I could write good essays until Miss Clara told me so.
As for Miss Xiao Yee, she wanted to go for her gym session today. But, she stayed behind and helped us with our oral preparation. I think that it was really nice of her to do so because she very tired leh! MISS XY IS MY MENTOR LEH! So proud la.. LOL! Last year in 2007, when I got myself into this mess, Miss XY actually came all the way to JE.
We had a double dose of Math today. While Miss Jas was going through a Math question, I got reminded of the tortise story that Miss Jas used to tell the weaker students like me. This story of hers, caused me to give Math a try and not give up on it. I was a total slacker last year but it was Miss Jas that saved my ass.Miss Jas has really interesting ways to help us remember formulas. Whenever Miss Jas calls my mobile, the contact card is a picture of a tortise. She was the one who set it that way. LOL!
After I got closer to Miss Jas, then I got to know Miss Joli. She's rather amusing and weird at times. Haha! Dye all the funny funny colours. She's always encouraging people and yaya.. MRT test, EOY math paper.
Mr Suryanto is my physics teacher. Last year, I was frequently dragged to go for one-on-one physics lessons with him and I never failed to fall asleep in his class. Mr Suryanto writes things on your test papers that would make you feel better even if you have failed. LOL! During EOY last year, only 8 people managed to pass the Physics paper last year. All of the 8 were girls and I was one of them. "You're an A1 student!" is what he tells everyone.
They managed to change the impression I have towards teachers. Well, my friends do play a major role too. I remember asking Verne to join us was so tough! LOL.. During EOY last year, Verne got second in her class for Chem. I guess that for slackers like us, it is a vast improvement. *Ah Ting & Hua ar! Thank you, Thank you ar! ** People.. If I don't do well for my O's, I'm sorry.
